The 2022 China Real Estate Brokerage Annual Conference Successfully Held
On July 27, China Institute of Real Estate Appraisers and Agents(CIREA) held the 2022 China Real Estate Brokerage Annual Conference in Beijing with the theme of Helping the Circulation of Housing and Meeting the Housing Demand online and offline.
Mr. Li Zhe, the Deputy Director of Finance and Foreign Affairs Department of Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of PRC, said at the meeting that the real estate brokerage is an indispensable part of the real estate market, unilateral agency and information disclosure system is popular in most developed countries and regions, the brokers and agents are usually highly respected. For the future development of our real estate brokerage industry, we should strengthen confidence, pay attention to the promotion of professionalism and strengthen international cooperation.
Dr. Chai Qiang, the President of CIREA, pointed out in his speech, that the real estate brokerage provide important service in housing circulation, to help consumers sell their second-hand house and to buy newly built residential. In order to help the circulation of housing, to meet the housing demand, real estate brokerage agencies, relevant platforms and brokers should do the following work: firstly, do well about the property due diligence, disclose relevant information, to make the potential buyers feel assured to buy future housing; Secondly, we should guide and change people's past habit of buying up but not buying down. Thirdly, we should explore the reform of brokerage service fees, gradually change the second-hand housing sales commission payers, to charge a lower commission to some low level housing buyers; Fourthly, to handle well the relationship with developers, mutual understanding to get win-win cooperation; Finally, it is necessary to regard real estate brokerage as a long-term or even lifelong career, and obtain the national professional qualification of real estate brokerage, to provide honest professional services, and ensure the safety, convenience and fairness of housing transactions.
Some experts, scholars, representatives of real estate agencies, real estate information platforms, and leaders of local industry organizations attended the conference, had in-depth discussions and experience sharing on the theme of the conference.
They think that under the the current many uncertain factors , real estate market is expected to weaken, but the value of the brokerage industry is more prominent. Brokerage institutions and brokers should seize the development opportunities in the special period, to improve the development resilience, and promote the virtuous cycle of the real estate market. Unilateral agency has begun to actively explore, providing more possibilities for the future development of the industry.Brokerage institutions and brokers should continuously improve the level of professionalism, enhance professional ability and the awareness of legal risk prevention, pay more attention to the relevant laws and regulations, and regulate their own behaviors for the future.
